We were able to join the Wednesday prayer meeting in church last night. It was nice and I was surprised that there were a lot of people who attended. We set out the coffee cake and cookies I made secretly. I'm glad because if people won't like it they won't know who made it. After church, there were only a couple of cookies left and there were some who took pieces of the cake but I hope it will all be gone. We just left.
On the way to church though inside the bus, there was a guy carrying a wooden shield and sword like you know how knights are in the medieval period. He also went down at the same bus stop with us. So I asked Steven about it then he realized the place across the bus stop is where guys who bring swords and shields meet. They exercised before the fight. We didn't get to see because we had to go but it must be funny to watch them. We walked home and I saw a discount furniture shop on the way. I love antique furniture. If we have a bigger place to stay, maybe I will consider buying some.
