My Goal to Lose Weight
One of my goals beginning this month is to lose some weight. The pants I bought when I first got here would not fit me anymore. I feel sad. Part of my plan to lose weight is maybe to use weight loss supplements or to just exercise regularly and eat less fattening food. I still have a lot of desserts I made from last week. I will be making more soups so it will help fill me up. Drinking water is also a problem for me since I always forget to drink plenty of water. I also need to take a before and after photo.

Share the same dilemna as you. My husband even brought me a WII on my birthday so I can boost up on the exercise. So far its doing good. You can do it girl or I say we can do it!
