One of my caregiving classmates in the Philippines gave me a visit last Sunday. She came with her husband who has a family in Portland. They drove 2 hours to come see me and Steven so I tried to make their stay worthwhile. I cooked lumpia shanghai, spaghetti, pot roast, rice, and chocolate cake. I sure hope they enjoyed their visit. We also gave them a tour at the University of Oregon. It was so cold and it was getting dark. I wish they have stayed longer.
